sxsw plea

By the way, this is shaping up to be the first year out of the last several for which neither of my bands, Crack nor the Mono Ensemble, has any kind of gig, either formal or informal, lined up for SXSW. If you're a venue owner (and almost any kind of business or public place will do- we played at an art boutique the last two years) or know a venue owner that you can strongarm or cajole, either and/or both bands would love to have an opportunity to make music for you during SXSW. We just like making music, and it's always fun to be a part of the SXSW buzz, no matter how small our our role may be.

I think you need to go to Reed's house and play a "Meredith's Sleepytime Jam", comprised of nothing but Megadeth tunes, and which lasts three hours. Starting at 11:00 PM.

I think Meredith is really more of an Iron Maiden fan.

I think Reed would make her listen to Queensryche. Or Rush. Although we all know full well that FAIR WARNING is the greatest rawk album of all time, followed closely by Appetite for Destruction and Master O' Puppets!!!!
