Kings of Leon and the moon

Camp X-ray, early the first day. Lee, John, Sig, and MandySo far the festival's been really good. Good weather and good shows. Day 1 I saw Medeski, Martin, and Wood, a bit of Blitzen Trapper, The Walkmen, Phoenix, Raphael Saadiq, a bit of Andrew Bird, and The Kings of Leon. MMW were good (as always), the Walkmen had a really good set, and I really dug Raphael Saadiq (who I had never heard before). The Kings of Leon were sort of medium good, but Eddie Vedder (from Pearl Jam) came on stage and sang a song with them toward the end, and that was really cool.

You&Me is a really fantastic album.
Samuel's "favorite song" at the moment is "In the New Year" which gets played constantly in the car.
How was A.Bird? He rocks and whistles!
I only saw about half of Andrew Bird, but he was good! I need to get his most recent album.
