Pre-ACL Fest Skate Party

Hey, here's the info for our Mono Ensemble Pre-ACL Fest Skating party. I tried to cut and paste it from the original flyer, but it got jumbled up a bit. This event is open to anyone who wants to come, and I really do encourage all of you guys to be there (I know that posting on my blog is a bit impersonal, but if I had the time, I'd invite each of you Adventurers personally). Anyway, here it is:

ESGOTTULA ENTERTAINMENT

MONO MUSIC PRODUCTIONS & THE SHAW CORPORATION
INVITE YOU TO AN EVENING OF

ROCK AND ROLLER SKATING
THURSDAY
SEPTEMBER 13th

a large quantity of either to contribute to the cause and bring a six pack......
CANS ONLY!!!!
music will be provided by the mono ensemble
and will consist of a bevy of bastardized 80's classics,
( that's all 80's covers you guys, i mean, we worked our asses off this summer to learn these damn songs, the least you could do is come and listen us make fools of ourselves for a couple of hours, but you could do so much more....you could skate, play arcade games, eat the gum off the floor, find romance, fulfill some empty part of your childhood you missed out on cause your parents heard they were putting acid in the soda machine at the local rink,
or you could just drink beer and stare at the disco ball for all we care, good times...... )
music will start promptly at 8:30 or 8:45ish
PLAYLAND SKATING CENTER

if you miss it just make the loop back around
from 35...take 183 north to burnet road exit, go through the light at burnet

C'mon out, CB. You can bring the kiddo or get a sitter (we're kid friendly, but we'll understand if you want to party grown up style). Hope to see you there!
